Canakkale is a pleasant Turkish town settled on both sides of a bridge of the same name, which connects the Biga Peninsula in Asia. Travelling across town is easiest by the use of regular ferries. Dikili is a small coastal town and a district of Izmir Province, Turkey, facing the Aegean Sea. It lies 73 km N of the large and more frequently visited city of Izmir, and faces out to sea the island of Lesbos.
